I bought four new Toyo tires and received a free alignment ($160 value) with my purchase of tires. Very pleased with the tires and service. Dwight was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and the turnaround time was equally impressive. Thank you!

I went in without an appointment after I got a screw in my tire when I was on my way out of town to see if they could fix it. They took my car right away, tried to patch the hole, but were unsuccessful beacuse of the angle on entry, replaced it with my spare (because they weren't able to get me a tire until the following week) and gave suggestions of where I could check to get a tire on short notice on a holiday weekend. After it was all said and done, they didn't charge me anything beacuse they weren't able to fix it. Great customer service!

I was on vacation when I realized a screw was in my tire. I went to Pat’s and they were able to fit me in almost immediately. They were able to remove the screw as it didn’t penetrate the tire, and didn’t charge me anything for their time. I really appreciate the friendly and fast service!

My experience at Pat’s Auto Service and Rob Harris was excellent! I put off getting things done to my car because I just don’t feel like sitting there and waiting, but they were very efficient and did excellent work. Replaced my left rear taillight, put my windshield wipers on, did an oil change, rotated my tires and had my inspection done! AND they topped off all of my fluids, which I greatly appreciate! Thank you for everyone who worked hard on my car and for the great customer service! I will definitely be recommending Pat’s Auto Service and returning for any other services. I may need on my car! Took the car is for severe vibration in the front drive. The Pat’s team ensured their best VW tech checked out the car, they made a diagnosis and recommendation and were able to quickly turn around the fix. No upsell, just fix the problem for a fair price. Great communication all along the way. Pat’s has my business.
